  1. I go with Eastwood for Actor, but I have it as a virtual tie between him, Washington and Jack Lemmon (Glengarry). And since I know you passed up Washington in 89 to award him here, I certainly have no argument with it. Anything better than the actual Oscar winner, the hammiest performance ever from Al Pacino.

    I agree that Jack Lemmon and Clint Eastwood both gave great performances. And that Al Pacino's performance was one of his worst -- a make-up Oscar for sure.
