Today is my little brother's birthday—happy birthday, brother.It would also have been my mother's birthday—how about that! Some of my readers may remember that she passed away last summer after a long battle with Alzheimers, but I'm sure if she were here today, she would agree that my brother was the second best birthday present she ever got. I mean, because let's face it, nothing was ever going to top that microwave oven in 1978.
I kid.
