Some of these you've heard of. The others, I will (may) be writing about in turn. Just another friendly blog filler to keep you amused as I research old movies.
Max Linder Asta Nielsen Florence Lawrence Florence Turner Mary Pickford Lillian Gish Roscoe Arbuckle Mabel Normand Charles Chaplin
Maybe she's the lost sixth replicant from Blade Runner.
Actually, she's in costume as the title character from the 1921 movie version of Hamlet. There she wasn't just an actress playing a man, she played Hamlet as a woman disguised as a man. Say, haven't you anything better to do than to keep popping in here early every morning and asking a lot of fool questions?
